Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our IT company's sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of products tailored for hotels, including hotel websites, inventory management software, booking engines, and Property Management Systems (PMS). The Hotel Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and establishing strong relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers.

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential hotel clients through research, networking, and industry events.
    • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with hotel owners, general managers, and other key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our hotel solutions.
  3. Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with hotel clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the product development and support teams to address client needs and feedback.
    • Provide input on product enhancements based on customer requirements.
